Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”), Eni Netherlands CCUS B.V. (“Company” or “Controller”) hereby provides information regarding the processing of personal data carried out through cookies and other similar tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) used on the website l10ccs-storage.com (“Website”).

In general, information collected through Cookies may include both personal data (such as an IP address, username, unique identifier or email address) and non-personal data (such as language preferences). 1. Cookies – General information

2. Cookies used on the Website

The table below lists the Cookies installed on the Website and the characteristics of each of them. With regard to any processing of personal data collected through first-party Cookies, the Controller is the Company. With regard to any processing of personal data collected through third-party cookies, the data controllers are generally the entities that set and use such trackers, as indicated in the table below.

3. Use of Cookies

The Cookies referred to in paragraph 2 are used for the following purposes:

  • 1. to ensure the operation and IT security of the Website, as well as to enable users to access and browse the Website and use its services;
  • 2. to assess the performance of the Website and carry out aggregated analysis on how users interact with the Website and use its services, for the purpose of improving the Website.
4. Disabling and removing Cookies

Users may manage their Cookie preferences, including disabling them and deleting the information and any personal data collected, through the settings of the browser used for browsing (see links below):

However, if users disable or remove certain Cookies, they may not be able to use certain features of the Website or access the related services.

Furthermore, with regard to any personal data collected and processed through Cookies, users may exercise all other rights granted under the GDPR in accordance with the procedures set out in the Website Privacy Policy.

5. Retention period

Cookies are stored on users’ devices for no longer than the expiry periods indicated in paragraph 2. Personal data collected through Cookies are processed until the expiry of such periods, after which they are deleted or further processed where required by law or by an order of a judicial authority, as well as where necessary to protect the rights of the Controller or a third party.
